Established in 2000 Furniture Medic Nottingham is now in its fifth year of trading. Based on the extensive business experience of its owner Furniture Medic Nottingham has taken a solutions-based approach to Furniture Repair and Restoration offering a full range of services covering:
A significant local domestic and business customer base has been developed and includes major retailers John Lewis, House of Fraser as well as other leading businesses such as Pickfords and Chemdry. Additionally as a franchised operation work is undertaken for the major national retailers Next, Laura Ashley, Sofa Workshop, Heals and Harrods. Major insurance industry customers including CIS, Zurich, Halifax and Fortis are also supported this way. In the last two years significant Commercial Enhancement’ work has been undertaken for Hotels such as Harts and Lace Market as well as Serviced Offices and Apartments in Nottingham. This has more recently been extended to include major construction companies such as Baggaley, Clegg, and Shepherd to carry out snagging services on new build sites such as the Trent Cardiac Centre at City Hospital. This area of work has been further developed in 2005 by the addition of National Account customers JD Wetherspoon and Yates. In 2005 FM Nottingham has been instrumental in forming Furniture Medic Midlands so as to offer commercial customers wider geographic support with extended local based resources.
